Itinerary Details
- On arrival on Cochin, meet our ITM representative in Airport/Railway station proceed towards your most awaiting journey to Munnar. Munnar (130 kms / 4 hrs) enjoying the panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantations en-route. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Stay overnight at your hotel.
- On the second day, after having delicious breakfast, sightseeing trip of Munnar including the Eravikulam National Park, the Mattupetty Dam and walk through the Old Munnar Town. Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another overnight stay at your hotel.
- On the third day, after having breakfast, check out from your Resort and proceed to Thekkady (120 Kms / 3.5 Hrs) and check in at the Hotel. After brief leisure go on a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake, located in middle of the wildlife sanctuary. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which includes wild Elephants, Monkeys, Deer, Wild Boar and different species of birds, can also be spotted. Rest of the time for visiting Spice Market. After Dinner overnight at hotel.
- On the firth day of your tour, after having delicious breakfast proceed to next destination Alleppey (the backwaters) and check in to your Houseboat. Rest of the time for sightseeing like Allepey, Overnight stay in Houseboat.
- On the sixth day of your tour, after having delicious breakfast, check out from the houseboat. Proceed to your next destination Kovalam by road. On arrival to the beach town, check in to the hotel. The day is free of schedules, spend at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
- On the seventh day of your tour, after having a delicious breakfast. Later, proceed for local sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Explore the Padmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Museum and Zoo. Evening is free for shopping. Have a look at the handicrafts, seashell created items, etc. Overnight stay at hotel.
- Breakfast on the 7th day is followed by a day’s excursion to Kanyakumari, which is located at around 100 km. You explore the extremely popular Vivekananda Rock Memorial, lighthouse, and other famous temples. In the evening, Check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay in Kanyakumari.
- Today is the last day of the tour. Have a delicious breakfast of local dishes of Kerala. Pack your bags and check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Trivandrum airport /Railway Station to connect for onward destination. Return home with the best memories of Kerala.
