Kēdārnāth Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini river, Kedarnath is located in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Due to extreme weather conditions, the temple is open to the public only between the months of April and November.
Badrinath is a holy town and a nagar panchayat in Chamoli district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the four sites in India’s Char Dham pilgrimage and gets its name from the temple of Badrinath.

Itinerary Details
- Upon your arrival in New Delhi Airport/ Railway Station, you will be received by our ITM representative, who will assist you in your transfer to Haridwar by car which will take approximately 7 hours. On arrival at Haridwar, complete the check in formalities and rest for the day. In the evening proceed to Har Ki Pauri for Ganga Aarti. Experience the bliss of the divine. Dinner and Overnight stay at Haridwar.
- On the second day of your yatra, having delicious breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to your next destination Guptakashi. On arrival check in at hotel/ camps. Rest of the day is free to explore the Guptkashi town is known for its temples and holy sites. Visit the Vishwanath and Ardhnareshwar temple. Return to Guptkashi hotel/Camps for dinner and overnight stay.
- On the third day of your Yatra having early morning breakfast proceed to Sonprayag. From here, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Doli, palki or a horse, for your trek at your own cost for your convenience.
- Rest a while here. Pilgrims chanting “Jai Bholenath” create a divine connection. On arrival check in at Govt. Camps/Lodges. Have dinner and take rest for the night.
- On day fourth day of your yatra, Badrinath Kedarnath Yatra package, get ready for the Kedarnath Darshan and reach the temple by 4:45 AM. This is a lifetime experience for many. Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva is situated at 3584 meters above sea level. Visit the holy shrine which is situated on the bank of the river Mandakini and experience ultimate spirituality.
- Attend the Abhishek Ceremony at Kedarnath, the holiest event to experience. After Darshan at the Kedarnath temple in the early morning, start a downward trek to Gaurikund. From Gaurikund, you will leave for Guptkashi.
- On arrival at Guptkashi, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the time is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Guptkashi.
- On the firth day of your yatra, Badrinath Kedarnath package, you will head towards Badrinath after having breakfast. En route, you will visit Joshimath or Jyotirmath, a sacred place. Located above the confluence of rivers Dhauliganga and Alaknanda, Joshimath is the halting point for the pilgrims.
- Badrinath Dham is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Situated between Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, check-in at the hotel, once you arrive at Badrinath the holiest among the Chardham. Later, you will head towards the temple and before that, you will take a dip in the Tapt Kund (hot spring). Take a bath for purification and then visit the temple. Attend evening Aarti at the Badrinath Temple. Sink in divinity as the Aarti along with holy chants is performed. Witness the evening Puja Geet Govind.
- After the darshan at Badrinath, you will return to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Badrinath.
- On the sixth day of your yatra, attend the morning Puja at Badrinath that includes Maha Abhishek, Abhishek, Gitapath, and Bhagwat Path. Then go for the sightseeing of the nearby places which include Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti Temple.
- After the sightseeing tour, you will head back to the hotel. Complete the checkout formalities and post-lunch, leave for Rudraprayag via Karnaprayag. This town is lying at the confluence of River Alaknanda and River Mandakini. This beautiful town offers panoramic views and boasts of spiritual vibes.
- On arrival check-in at the hotel and relax. Later in the evening, visit the Koteshwar Mahadev Temple which is situated on the bank of River Alaknanda. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the town and get enchanting by the magnificent beauty of the town. Overnight stay at the hotel in Rudraprayag.
- On the seventh day of your yatra, wake up to a divine morning and after having breakfast check-out from the hotel. Get ready for the return journey to Haridwar via Rishikesh.
- Rishikesh is one of the most important religious sites of Hinduism. It has been home to a large number of yogis for centuries. Explore the Yoga Capital by visiting the Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Both of them are hanging bridges across the River Ganga that connects the two sides of the region. Enjoy the sightseeing tour of the city and then head towards Haridwar.
- On arrival, check-in at the hotel, and the rest of the time is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.
- On the eighth day of your yatra, this is the last day of the Kedarnath Badrinath package. After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and head towards Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will have an assisted transfer to the airport/ railway station for your onward journey.
