Overview
The tranquil, little town of Karnataka, Coorg is nestled in the Western Ghats amidst the lush greens. This quaint town is famous for its varied exotic wildlife, camping sites, trekking trails, austere sights, outstanding coffee plantations, the Kodavas, and the ethnic warrior locals of Coorg.
Madikeri is a hill town in southern India. Framed by the Western Ghats mountain range, it’s known for the Raja’s Seat, a simple monument overlooking forests and rice paddies. In the center, the 17th-century Madikeri Fort features 2 stone elephants at the entrance. Nearby, the domed Omkareshwar Temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva. To the northwest, cascading Abbey Falls is surrounded by spice plantations.
The cultural ambience and achievements of Mysore earned it the sobriquet Cultural Capital of Karnataka. Mysore is noted for its heritage structures and palaces, including the Mysore Palace, and for the festivities that take place during the Dasara festival when the city receives many tourists from around the world.

- On arrival on Bangalore, meet our ITM representative in Airport/Railway station proceed towards your most awaiting journey to Coorg. Coorg (265 kms / 6 hrs) from Bangalore. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Enjoy the magnificent view of beautiful hills and greenery. Stay overnight at your hotel in Coorg.
- On the second day, after having your delicious breakfast, proceed to sightseeing tour of Coorg which is popularly known as Scotland of South India. You will get an opportunity to explore the orchards and the coffee plantation which will let you know the complete process and knowledge about coffee making, right from the seed to the packed powder ready to sell. Then you will head towards the Fort which is snuggled on top of a hill that overlooks the town. Adore the breathtaking views of the town from the fort. Then you will also visit a temple of Lord Omkareshwara which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has a unique architectural design with interesting stories. Seek blessing in the temple and soak in the serenity. After enjoying your day, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Coorg.
- On day third day of your tour, after having a delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel at Coorg. You will start your ride to Mysore by car. In Mysore, you will have an assisted check-in at the hotel. Relax for some time and then leave for the sightseeing tour of the city which includes a visit to the famous Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. Mysore Palace was built in 1912. It is the former palace of the royal family of Mysore with their official residence. The palace is magnificent and praiseworthy. Later you will go on to visit the temple on Chamundi Hill. The hill is named after the goddess Chamundi. Seek blessings in the temple and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mysore Palace, the Karanji Lake and several smaller temples from the top of the hill. Return to the hotel after the sightseeing tour. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.
